I've never had my carpets cleaned this thoroughly and so well and I'm 80 years old! After a week, the carpet STILL feels new. Everything about their service was excellent.

I am very satisfied with the service we received. Our carpets look brand new again. I feel good knowing my puppies accidents (she's fully potty trained now) have been cleaned up.
We will definitely use Family Carpet Care for our future carpet maintenance.

Family Carpet Care is awesome! We had a last minute job that HAD to get done and they came right over! Very professional and very reasonable prices. After our experience yesterday we will never use anyone but these guys!

Absolutely wonderful! Mike was very professional and personable. Couldn’t ask for better service. Our carpets are amazingly clean. They knew before hand that it would be a chore as we had pets. This is the second time I have used them and can't praise them enough. First they are prompt and professional and did an excellent job. Spots from dogs and family and was able to get it all up. Very reasonable also.

Family Carpet Care did a terrific job for us. I told Mike in advance that we had quite a mess and he was fine with that. The cleaning was absolutely outstanding and far exceeded any expectations we had. To put it bluntly they aren't the least expensive cleaner in the area but they are worth every penny they charge. Don't go cheap unless you want cheap results. Mike was terrific and we'll definitely be calling him again.
